Please see the direct link to Royal Caribbeans required documentation for travel. I recommend a passport, it makes embarkation and debarkation a breeze! 

Make sure to download the Royal Caribbean App. Once you are booked with a deposit, you will be able to add your reservation into the app, purchase cruise add-ons, and link your reservation to family and friends! 

The app also serves as your daily itinerary onboard and a communication resource once onboard! 

Wifi is not included and your phone needs to be in "airplane" mode in order to use the Royal app while cruising. You can purchase a wifi package before sailing or onboard. 

If you need to purchase the wifi, you do not need it for multiple devices unless you all want to access the wifi at the same time. For example, our family purchases the wifi for "one device" for the length of the cruise. That means that anyone with the login information can access the wifi, but only one device can be on at a time. Personally, this worked for us since we were only using it occasionally for work purposes and the kids would use it to send pictures to friends.

I recommend traveling to Miami the DAY BEFORE the cruise departs. Flights should arrive on 11/21/26, this will give you room to adjust if there are any delays or cancelations
